CNC Milling

CNC milling is a machining process that uses computerized controls and rotating multi-point cutting tools to remove material from a workpiece, producing flat, contoured or pocketed features with high repeatability.

Our milling bay runs programmed toolpaths across 3 and 4-axis machines, letting us hold tight positional and geometric tolerances across a full production batch — not just the first part off the line.

We work from your 2D drawing or 3D CAD model, program the toolpath in-house, and run a first-article inspection before committing to the full quantity.
