We manufacture industrial rollers for conveyor, process and material-handling lines — turned, ground and balanced so they run true at operating speed.
Each roll is machined from solid bar or fabricated with a shaft and shell assembly depending on diameter and load, then finish-ground for a consistent surface and static or dynamic balanced where the application calls for it.
We also handle re-grinding and re-sleeving of worn rollers pulled from existing lines, extending service life without a full replacement.
