Fanuc, Siemens and Sinumerik-controlled CNC machining and turning centres.
Our machine shop is built around a fleet of CNC vertical machining centres and CNC turning centres, running Fanuc, Siemens and Sinumerik controls, capable of holding the tolerances aerospace and defence tooling demands.
Alongside the CNC fleet, conventional lathes, band-saws, radial drilling machines and slotting equipment give us the flexibility to handle oversized, heavy or low-volume work that doesn't justify CNC programming time.
Machines are matched to the job, not the other way round — a punch holder that needs a 20-tool magazine and flood coolant runs on the VMC; a one-off bracket might run faster and just as accurately on a conventional mill.
Preventive maintenance and calibration on this fleet is what makes repeat orders come back within the same tolerance band months or years apart, which is exactly what AS9100D-scope customers expect.
