Building the machinist, welding and inspection skill base that holds our tolerances.
A tolerance is only as good as the person holding it. Our training programme covers CNC programming and machine operation, welding and fabrication technique, and dimensional inspection — so a new hire is brought up to our floor's standard, not left to learn it on a customer's part.
Experienced machinists and welders mentor newer team members on the floor, and periodic refresher training keeps the whole team current as we take on new component families or tighter tolerance work.
Quality and inspection training in particular is treated as a continuing requirement, not a one-time induction, because it's the inspection step that ultimately catches — or misses — a problem before a part ships.
It's an investment that shows up less in any single machine spec sheet and more in the fact that our tolerance discipline holds steady as the shop grows.
