The last mile between a machined part and a shippable product.
A well-machined part isn't finished until it's clean, protected and — where the job calls for it — assembled into a larger unit. Our finishing and assembly team handles deburring, surface treatment, protective coating and the mechanical assembly work that turns individual components into ready-to-install units.
This stage is also where we run our final visual and dimensional checks, so what leaves the facility has already passed the same scrutiny it would face on your incoming-inspection bench.
Because finishing and assembly sit inside our own facility rather than with a third-party subcontractor, a part never leaves our custody between machining and dispatch — which keeps handling risk, lead time and accountability all in one place.
